How can I track, add to or cancel my order?
To track your order please refer to the order tracking e-mail you received from us. There is a tracking number along with a link to the carrier's website.(UPS, FEDEX,US MAIL)
Can't find the shipping confirmation e-mail? Please check your spam folder..just in case. And, as always, you can just send us an e-mail from our order tracking and we'll send it to you, pronto!

Since our system starts processing orders quickly, you only have about an hour after you place your order, before it is too late.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Not long. Although we have a high tech warehouse with scanners and conveyor belts, and awesome shipping staff, and we ship 'in stock' items on the day you place your order, it may take a few days to reach you depending on WHERE YOU LIVE. Usually, you can expect your package to arrive in about a week depending on your location and shipping preference. In the event of an unforeseen shipping/fulfillment issue, (snow storm, hurricane, etc) we will contact you immediately via e-mail (Please check your spam folder).
How will my order look when it arrives?...And what will show up on my credit card statement?
Many of our customers want discretion. We box, ship and bill discretely. Your order will arrive in a plain brown cardboard box and the shipping label will not reference the contents. It will only show a street address. Your credit card statement will also reference "PayPal".
What methods of payment will you accept?
Although we accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Experess, EVEN Discover! ... Our site is set up to use PayPal.
I ordered something from your website but haven't received no confirmation e-mail...why?

Can I ship to an address that is not mine?
Yes! Just add that address to the SHIP TO address during check out. Please double check the information. We cannot be responsible for any misspellings or typos.
